Founder
I'm Rushindra, the founder of Sri Lanka Boutique Tours. My love for travel began in childhood, exploring Sri Lanka with my family — lakes, rivers, mountains, and hidden places that shaped how I see this island today. As I grew older, those journeys continued with friends, and my fascination with Sri Lanka's nature only deepened, especially its misty mountains and waterfalls. After seven years in banking, I made the life-changing decision to follow my passion and build a travel company of my own. It was a challenge, but one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.
People, nature, and meaningful experiences are at the heart of everything I do. Alongside travel, I carry a long-term goal of growing our small social initiative into an enterprise that supports children's education.
Through Sri Lanka Boutique Tours, my vision is simple: to create thoughtfully tailored holidays that allow travellers to experience Sri Lanka in an authentic, memorable way — supported by a small, passionate team that truly cares.

My name is Sindy. Ever since I was a little girl growing up in Estonia, I dreamed of travelling the world and working in a travel agency or a tour guide seemed like the best job ever. Life took me on a different path, and over the last 20 years, I have been in the hospitality sector, working with food and beverages, offering accommodation, as well as managing teams and projects. I am passionate about hospitality and created a successful café called Gelato Ladies in Tallinn's old town 9 years ago, where we focus on excellence in our handmade Italian ice cream as well as customer service. Having put together and led many trips in my life just based on passion, now the time has come to embark on it professionally, and I couldn't be more excited. I look forward to doing my best for this newly established company rooted in Rushindra's professional experience in the job and the passionate love we share for the country of Sri Lanka. With a background in Travel and Tourism Management and hands-on experience in tourism businesses, I am passionate about crafting exceptional travel experiences. As a Tour Operation Manager, I specialize in designing tailored itineraries, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless travel adventures. My goal is to provide clients with memorable and enriching journeys, emphasizing personalized service, cultural immersion, and sustainable tourism practices.

Hi, I'm Vakha. I manage Sri Lanka Boutique Tours' marketing and social media. I am into design, teaching, training, and robotics. I am also very experienced in volunteering. From several different hobbies, I would highlight board games, gastronomy tourism, and vector graphics. Sri Lanka Boutique Tours is a project of my friend (already ours) that I believe will become one of the best service providers for Estonian and European tourists whose destination is picturesque Sri Lanka.
